Please read this important update regarding your access to the online patient transport booking portal from the 1st of April 2025

As we transition to our new booking portal on the 1st April 2025, we wanted to ensure you’re fully prepared for this change. Please note that your old SCAS log-in details will no longer work on the new system. To help you get set up smoothly, we will be sending you new log-in credentials and passwords on the morning of Monday, 31st March. These credentials will be activated at 6pm that same day.

What to Expect:

  • You will receive an email with your new log-in details on the morning of the 31st March.
  • If you experience any issues or need further assistance, we have created instructional Cleric videos to guide you through the login process and other key features below.
  • We understand that changes like this can sometimes be confusing, so if you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Thank you for your continued support as we move forward with this new service mobilisation.
