What information will I need to provide when booking?

We’ll typically ask for:

  • Legal status (eg detained under MHA)
  • Risk factors or history
  • Mobility or medical needs
  • Contact details for handover

A full risk assessment can be completed with our team at the point of booking.

How quickly can you respond to an urgent journey?

Do you provide support for Section 135 or 136 assessments?

Can you transport patients from a home address or public place?

Yes. We support community-based pick-ups, including homes, streets, police custody or A&E departments, not just hospitals.

What level of support do your crews provide?

All crews are trained in de-escalation and restraint techniques and work in line with the Restraint Reduction Network standards. Risk is assessed at booking to ensure appropriate staffing.
