Group Chief Executive Officer

As Group CEO, Craig is responsible for setting, and overseeing, the overall strategy for the business. Before joining EMED Group in December 2021 Craig spent time building industry knowledge with Falck and G4S, having previously spent 10 years in the British Army in a number of leadership roles.

When he’s not leading the business, Craig can be found running around Richmond Park with his energetic springer spaniel, Bernie.

Justine Vaughan joined the EMED Executive team in 2022 to lead our people agenda and create an employer of choice within our communities.
Justine has more than 25 years’ experience of delivering strategy and change programmes within an HR and Training environment and is hugely passionate about achieving results that create a great place to work for our colleagues.

Justine lives in Shrewsbury with her two teenage children.

Dr Amjid Mohammed

As EMED Medical Director Dr Amjid is responsible for setting our clinical governance strategy as well as providing clinical leadership and advice across the group. Dr Amjid has been involved with PTS services for over 10 years and is currently a Clinical Director at NHS Caulderdale & Huddersfield Foundation Trust.

David joined EMED Patient Care as Managing Director in 2024.

David joined us following a successful career in the bus sector, cumulating as the Managing Director for National Express in the UK, overseeing 4,000 frontline colleagues.

Michelle has over ten years of operational experience in complex mental health services.

Hannah Bailey

Hannah joined the EMED Executive Team in September 2025 to provide leadership focussed on patient safety and quality. Hannah has significant experience of working in a variety of clinical leadership roles within the NHS over the last 25 years including senior operations, quality and transformation roles. She is passionate about patient safety and experience being at the heart of our values at EMED.

Hannah lives in Wiltshire and can be found at the weekends enjoying walks in the wonderful Wiltshire countryside and watching rugby in her hometown of Bath.
