Throughout 2025, our teams have continued to demonstrate the difference that compassionate, reliable patient transport makes – not only to patients and families, but to our NHS partners. Two recent achievements from East London and Wiltshire highlight this ongoing commitment to quality and collaboration.
At Homerton, our Patient Care team was shortlisted as Provider Colleague of the Year at Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust’s annual awards. The nomination recognises partners who make a meaningful impact across the healthcare system. Leigh Baillie accepted the certificate at Hackney Town Hall on behalf of the whole team, sharing how proud she is of the commitment, steadiness and care that go into every journey delivered at Homerton.
In Wiltshire, our discharge team was named Outstanding Partner by Salisbury Foundation Trust – a significant endorsement of the service since it launched earlier this year. The Trust praised the team’s professionalism and strong working relationship, saying: “If we continue to progress in the current direction, we will shine above any other NHS organisation with the partnership we have created.”
These achievements reflect the dedication of colleagues who consistently go the extra mile, support each other and build effective partnerships with our NHS sites. They also show how our CARE values come to life – in calm, attentive, everyday actions that build trust over time.
Thank you to our Homerton and Wiltshire teams for everything you continue to deliver this year. Your work makes a genuine difference and we are incredibly proud of your achievements.
