Community Care’s SEND transport services are vital in connecting families and schools. By partnering with local authorities, we ensure children with SEND access mainstream education, specialist schools and vital support services.
Here’s how we do it:
Collaborative Planning: We work closely with local authorities to tailor transport solutions that meet individual needs. This includes understanding the unique requirements of each child, whether that’s specialist equipment, additional support staff, or bespoke routes.
Safe and Reliable Transport: Our vehicles are equipped to ensure children travel safely and comfortably in wheelchair-accessible vehicles. We go the extra mile to make journeys stress-free for both children and their families.
Building Independence: By providing consistent, caring support, we empower children to feel confident and secure as they travel to and from school. For many, this is the first step towards greater independence and inclusion.
