In September, the North Region came together for a wonderful evening to celebrate our Long Service Award winners – recognising colleagues who have dedicated decades of care, commitment and compassion to EMED and our patients.
Organised by Kelly Else, Regional Director, the event was a heartfelt celebration of the incredible people who have reached major career milestones with Nottinghamshire NEPTS, proudly honouring individuals marking 20, 25, 30 and even 40 years of dedicated service.
For those unable to attend the main event, presentations were later made at local bases across the region, ensuring everyone’s achievement was celebrated in person.
The evening reflected on the invaluable contributions these colleagues have made over the years, shaping the success and spirit of our teams, supporting patients through countless journeys and helping define what compassionate, reliable care looks like in practice.
It was also a moment to share stories, reflect on personal journeys, and say a genuine thank you for their commitment and loyalty.
A special mention goes to Stuart Fletcher, Safe Care Operations Manager, who provided the music on the night and ensured there was plenty of opportunity for everyone to relax, reconnect and dance the evening away!
Congratulations and heartfelt thanks to all of our Long Service Award recipients, including:
-
Kevin Pearson – 30 years’ service
-
Steven Hall and Karen Watts – 25 years’ service
-
Peter Sheldon – 40 years’ service
Your dedication and compassion make a lasting difference every single day and we’re proud to celebrate each and every one of you. 💛
